Sydney is no stranger to real estate having been raised by a commercial real estate broker. She learned early on that good communication is key to a client’s trust, and from watching her father through the years, a strong work ethic keeps clients happy. Her strategic negotiation skills, commitment to excellence with clients, “get it done” attitude, and pleasant demeanor are assets you will most certainly benefit from when it comes to selling or buying your property.

With a nearly 10-year career focused on the Raleigh-Chapel Hill-Durham Triangle area, Sydney credits her connection to the community for her success. Her enthusiasm for creating a positive community can be seen in her support of local businesses, hosting neighborhood events, and building connections everywhere she goes.

Twenty years ago, Sydney moved from a small beach town in Southern California, to settle in Cary, NC, part of the Raleigh-Chapel Hill-Durham Triangle area. There she raised two boys, in an idyllic golf course community called Prestonwood where Southern charm and sweet iced tea created an amazing quilt far different from her roots. The mountains or the beach are often her great escapes with under a three hour drive to either, but she can’t help the memory of home when the salt air blows on her face from the beach. Her favorite beach is an island called Bald Head, accessed by ferry with its historic lighthouse and no car rule, driving at the slow pace golf carts over the whole island.
